This role will be responsible for the data input of all partner brand documentation as well as generating documentation from the system to accompany purchase orders.
To store all external reports, certifications etc into the database for all products classed as partner brands. And to make sure that all the information in each technical file is correct and the most up to date.
Support PO documentation-
When Purchase orders (PO’s) are placed on the system by purchasing team, you must email the supplier with all the additional documentation such as Inner and outer barcode labels, User sheets, markings, care labels.
Additionally you must proof check artwork that supplier sends back for confirmation against what we sent originally.
Being part of the technical team will often include the need to help the other members of the department with their work if workloads become heavy.
Correspond with marketing team to ensure correct artwork goes out for each purchase order.
There is a lot of collaboration between Technical, Purchasing, and Marketing so being able to work well with the other departments to achieve our best outcome is a must.
This is a 6 - 12 month contract. Working hours are 8am - 4pm.
